All these innovations are the brain products of Shri Tomy J Pulickattil a venturer and the head of the Pulickattil House Boat and are built in the well equipped Boat Building yard of this group.

To convene meetings, a convention centre and meeting rooms with all facilities are available for corporate travellers.
